Our client is a global company providing specialized financial services. The Company is further developing its business and looking for the                   Country Manager Lithuania Main responsibilities: General Management of the team Responsibility for strategic planning and corporate goals and full responsibility for the strategy and  business development of the company entities in the country; Monitors the company objectives  and the implementation strategy; Organizes regular meetings with the management team; Oversees the operations of organization and manages its compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; Promotes a culture that reflects  the organization’s values, encourages good performance, and rewards  productivity; Ensures that staff and Regional  Management have sufficient and up-to-date information and communicates all  changes within the organization; Responsible for all tasks  assigned by the Regional Management. Financial management Has full P&L responsibility    for the Group’s companies in the local market; Creates annual operating plans  that support strategic direction set by the Regional Management and   correlate with annual operating budgets; Prudently manages the   organization’s resources within budget guidelines according to current      laws and regulations; Provides prompt, thorough, and accurate  information to keep the Regional Management appropriately informed of the  organization’s financial position. HR management Implements the HR strategy in      line with Group and regional standards. Marketing and PR  Approves the marketing and PR   strategy and budgets; Coordinates Company’s corporate  events, if applicable; Serves as the primary  spokesperson and representative for the organization; Assures that the organization and      its mission, programs, and services are consis tently presented in a  strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders; Promotes the company to local,  regional, national, and international constituencies; Builds a strong network using  personal contacts, special events, etc. Sales Ultimately responsible for successfully  placing Group and/or regional products on the local market and for organizing the sales force; Develops a business plan and  sales strategy for the company services; Monitors the execution of sales  plans to accomplish monthly, quarterly and annual revenue objectives; Responsible for all strategic  customers. Operations Monitors the achievement of KPIs established  for the local market; Coordinates services’ business   operations. Requirements for the candidates Economic background (preferably University degree); Excellent command of English and Lithuanian. Russian desirable; Proven track record in business development acquired in the financial industry of at least 5 years; Leadership skills; Strong, dynamic personality; Experience in working in international companies; Analytical and at ease with modern IT and communication tools.
